Since 2015, SGA Productions has managed the Murphy Group’s annual internal communications roadshow. The aim of these roadshows is to reach Murphy’s 3,500 employees, delivering an engaging business update, summarising the success of the past year and informing on future projects.
The specific 2018 brief was to increase internal staff attendance by using real imagination we added extra dates to the tour and improved interaction through additional trade stands.
By using interactive workshops and an external speaker that we sourced and recommended, and with their new CEO John Murphy himself addressing everyone, the conference remained engaging and inspiring for attendees for the third year running.
SGA Productions managed all logistics in terms of venue sourcing and management, catering, technical support, trade stand management and allocation, and travel arrangements. The roadshow ran across 2 weeks – visiting 5 cities in England and Ireland and delivering 8 separate conferences to employees across the length and breadth of the business.
