As a co-founder of SGA, Mark has been involved in all of our projects from the day ‘dot’. Mark’s experience in delivering live events is vast, incorporating SGA’s planning and logistics. He has ensured successful delivery of many projects for a diverse mix of SGA’s clients, both in the UK and worldwide!

Natasha Flegg

Head of Events

Natasha’s wealth of experience includes managing entertainment experiences & events in luxury resorts worldwide. With a background in performance, Natasha understands SGA projects, both practically & creatively. This fusion ensures SGA projects are produced exactly to our client’s needs – on time, on budget and most importantly, on brand!

Ellie Carter Ames

Creative Director

Ellie is an experienced Creative Director and at SGA works at the highest level with the world’s biggest family brands. Ellie’s background in theatre, as a writer / director, and love of telling unique stories, has enabled Ellie to create memorable and impactful work for both branded and unbranded content.

Emma Topping

Head of Production

Over her many years with SGA, Emma has built a prodigious reputation for her calm and logical approach to production, event planning and budget management. Emma ensures incredible attention to detail and works as a producer for shows and experiential clients. She also specialises in bespoke Health & Safety planning and procedure.

Ross Gamble

Creative Producer

Ross is the newest member of the SGA team, and has already been developing and producing a range of live entertainment across the globe for SGA. With a history of working in design, digital media and the arts, he understands the importance of nurturing each and every project he works on.

Julie Palmer

Project Co-ordinator

Julie’s outstanding skills in planning, logistics, account handling and communications ensure that SGA’s projects run smoothly. Julie offers strong administrative support to several SGA clients and maintains fantastic working relationships with SGA’s many suppliers, clients and the wider SGA team.

Damien Millns

Group CEO

Damien has over 20 years of creative agency experience and has worked in a number of roles within the client service environment before becoming CEO of the MGA Group, SGA Productions’ parent company.

He has overall responsibility for both business divisions and provides strategic direction across much of the Group’s existing account activity. He has extensive experience of working with a wide range of major brands both in the consumer and business to business arena.

Andrew Pamphilon

Business Director

 

Andrew leads the project management team at MGA Group and has been with the agency since 2005.

A marketing graduate, his previous experience was grounded in media working for both ITV and the national press.

Colin Goad

Head of Graphic Design

Having graduated many moons ago from the LCC, Colin now heads up our graphic design team and helps provide creative solutions to all the innovative projects that SGA deliver.

Colin has experience developing anything from the most beautiful created logo to large scale exhibitions and anything in between. In fact, Colin rarely stops designing, unless he is distracted by his little dog, Amber.

Camille Leduc

Senior Designer

After graduating in visual communication in Nantes, France, Camille spent 5 years at agencies in Paris and Reunion Island, working on branding and advertising for clients including Nestlé and Pernod Ricard, before moving to London.

Cami has worked on various projects, supporting many different brands with her attention to detail.

Paul Affleck

Financial Director

A longstanding member of the MGA Group team, Paul dots the i’s and crosses the t’s when it comes to everything related to finance and crunching the numbers.

Gwilym Lewis

Advisor to the Board

Gwilym acts as a key advisor to the Board of Directors.

Having owned and run a series of successful businesses, including in the digital marketing environment, he brings a wealth of experience to the table.
