As a co-founder of SGA, Mark has been involved in all of our projects from the day ‘dot’.

Mark’s experience in delivering live events is vast, incorporating their planning and logistics. He has ensured successful delivery of many projects for a diverse mix of SGA’s clients, both in the UK and worldwide!

Mark’s attention to detail leaves no stone unturned and, luckily, we get to test a lot of our concepts out on his daughters Rebecca & Lilly.

Natasha brings a wealth of experience to SGA, which includes managing entertainment experiences and events in luxury resorts all over the world. Coupled with a background in performance, Natasha understands SGA projects, both practically and creatively.

It is this fusion that ensures SGA projects are produced exactly to our client’s needs – on time, on budget and most importantly, on brand!

Ellie Carter

Creative Director

Ellie first worked with SGA in 2011 and has always been passionate about supporting the company’s work with incredible family brands and attractions. Recently, she produced SGA’s latest Aardman immersive exhibition, A Grand Experience.

She has an impressive theatre background, working with reputable companies such as National Theatre Wales, Unlimited Theatre and Dirty Protest, a new writing company. This has served her well when it comes down to the detail, drive and creativity required to head up the creative team at SGA Productions.

Emma Topping

Head of Production

After deciding on a career backstage in the theatre following a visit to the Theatre Museum in London while studying her ‘A’ levels,  Emma trained at LAMDA drama school in London as a stage manager.

After working for a number of years in theatre, both regionally and in the West End, she transferred her skills to working as an event project manager, specialising in  show production and experiential activity.

She has worked for SGA since 2004 and holds the distinction of being SGA’s first full time employee, working with brands and companies such as LEGOLAND Parks, HARIBO, Chupa Chups, Longleat and BBC Worldwide.

With an extensive and diverse portfolio, Ryan brings a dynamic approach to developing live entertainment and events. His belief that “Imagination creates reality” is a driving force behind developing and nurturing the best event for you here at SGA.

Julie Palmer
