Mark’s experience in delivering live events with the accompanying planning and logistics is vast. Having successfully delivered many projects for a diverse mix SGA’s clients in the UK and even as far as Australia!
Mark’s attention to detail leaves no stone unturned and luckily we get to test a lot of our concepts out on his daughters Rebecca & Lilly.
Born and educated in Wales, Gareth started his career in entertainment and events at seventeen years old by becoming a Pontin’s Bluecoat.
Since then Gareth has conceptualised live content for a number of big names in the entertainment & leisure industry across the globe including: TUI Travel, Bourne Leisure, Dreamworks, Aardman Animations, Fremantle Media, DHX Brands, Kew Gardens and Legoland.
Andrew leads the project management team at MGA Group and has been with the agency since 2005.
A marketing graduate, his previous experience was grounded in media working for both ITV and the national press.
Head of Operations
Natasha brings a wealth of experience to SGA that includes managing the entertainment and events experience in luxury resorts all over the world. Coupled with a background in performance Natasha understands SGA projects both practically and creatively.
It is this fusion that ensures that SGA Projects are produced and exactly to our client’s needs on time, on budget and most importantly on brand!
Danny started out his career 15 years ago in the entertainment and events industry as a Presenter in both the UK & overseas, once back on British soil Danny swapped the main stage for his real imagination, conceptualising creative productions.
Since then Danny has worked with big brands across the globe including: Guinness World Records, Farrah Leisure,TUI Group, Bourne Leisure, Fremantle Media, DHX Media and Aardman Animations.
Events Project Manager
Having always had a passion for events, Millie studied Events Management at Bournemouth University where she graduated with a First Class Hons.
Since graduating Millie has gained experience working for an event production company involved with high profile festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown and Bestival. Whilst coordinating the production of community festivals including Bermondsey Carnival, Lewisham People’s Day and The Big Lunch at the Olympic Park.
Internationally, Millie worked as part of the production team at Dimensions and Outlook festival in Croatia, where she was Production Office Manager.
A longstanding member of the MGA Group team, Paul dots the i’s and crosses the t’s when it comes to everything related to finance and crunching the numbers.
Hailing originally from Italy and with an honours degree in Communication Design, Eleonora is a highly creative designer and has worked on all the weird and wonderful projects SGA delivers.
Eleonora has experience in developing brand, product and programme identities and the supporting materials for our clients, such as Aardman, DHX Brands and Fremantle Media.
Damien has over 18 years of creative agency experience and has worked in a number of roles within the client service environment before becoming CEO of the MGA Group.
He has overall responsibility for both divisions and provides strategic direction across the agency’s existing account activity.
He has extensive experience in directing and handling a wide range of accounts in both the consumer and business to business arena, and has worked on numerous brand development projects and campaigns across multiple business sectors.
Senior Project Manager
After deciding on a career backstage in the theatre following a visit to the Theatre Museum in London while studying for her A levels, Emma trained at LAMDA drama school in London as a Stage Manager.
After working for a number of years in theatre, both regionally and in the West End, she transferred her skills to working as an event project manager, specialising in show production and experiential activity.
She has worked for SGA for since 2004 and holds the distinction of being SGA’s first full time employee, working with brands and companies such as LEGOLAND Parks, HARIBO, Chupa Chups, Longleat and BBC Worldwide.
Following his education in Bristol, Ian trained as a scenic carpenter working in the Theatre, Conference and Exhibition industries, later combining his technical skills and creative flair to design and project manage temporary and permanent installations; most recently LEGOLAND, The Great Fire 350 and London Lumiere. Ian works with SGA regularly on our large scale projects.
Ian has a passion for curry and cricket, when time allows.
Oli joined the MGA Group back in May 2010 and has since proved to be a core member of the team. He ensures the seamless delivery of work, has strategic input on many projects and has overseen and run many large-scale brand development projects.
After studying Advertising & Communication in Paris, Oli gained experience at TBWA before finishing his master’s degree in London and joining MGA.
Ellie first worked with SGA in 2011 on many projects and has always been passionate about supporting the companies work with incredible family brands and attractions. Recently, she produced SGA’s latest Aardman immersive exhibition, A Grand Experience.
She has an impressive theatre background working with reputable companies such as National Theatre Wales, Unlimited and Dirty Protest has served her well when it comes down to the detail, drive and creativity required to head up the creative team at SGA Productions.
Head of Marketing & Biz Dev
With over 10 years’ experience in marketing and PR within the family events industry. She was previously Festival Director for large-scale family festival, LolliBop and strategised and delivered promotional campaigns which attracted over 40,000 people to the event.
Jenny worked with SGA in 2014 on their business development scheme by developing products for market based around the company’s iconic family IPs.
Head of Graphic Design
Having graduated many moons ago from the LCC, Colin now heads up our graphic design team and helps provide creative solutions to all the innovative projects that SGA deliver.
Colin has experience developing anything from the most beautiful created logo to large scale exhibitions and anything in between. In fact Colin rarely stops designing unless he is distracted by his little dog, Amber.
After graduating in visual communication in Nantes, France, Camille spent 5 years at agencies in Paris and Reunion Island, working on branding and advertising for clients including Nestlé and Pernod Ricard, before moving to London.
Cami has worked on various projects, supporting many different brands with her attention to detail.
